Most of her freelance work lately has consisted of blog and social media posts in the residential real estate, marketing, hospitality, and travel industries. However, she can also write and execute email newsletters. Holly also enjoys writing feature articles.
When not working, Holly spends time enjoying the outdoors. She especially enjoys kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding, wildlife watching, amateur astronomy, and camping.

She then worked as an editor for an online magazine about the sales industry before being a freelance copyeditor for American Media Inc. and a discussion leader for a Gannet Co. forum.
Holly was also the editor and publisher of her own print magazine, EcoFlorida, for six years.
As a content editor/assistant manager at SIRS (now ProQuest), for four years Holly selected educational and research material that would be included in the digital children's product called Discoverer.
Holly also contributed to the National Wildlife Federation's Be Out There campaign ebook, "Cool Outdoor Ideas for Hot Summer Days."
She has written about educational activities families can do together in digital magazines available on her blog.

For nonprofits and also her own blog, Holly has designed, written, and executed email newsletter campaigns in MailChimp. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Holly edits photos and can create simple graphics that accent the message of the email and the organization or brand.
