Richard has been writing a real estate blog for the past several years both for his own purposes as well as for other agents.
Richard worked as the principal writer and manager of responses to RFP's for DAJA International in 2010 until the company went out of business in November, 2010. He worked with a second iteration of DAJA as a consultant in 2011. While at DAJA, we wrote the first successful response to an RFP the company had in over 3 years. Overall, he wrote multiple successful proposals before the company went bankrupt.
