Kathleen is a proud advocate for more mental health support. As a survivor of anorexia and someone who still struggles with mental health issues, Kathleen has always been open about her mental health battles- constantly trying to fight the stigma that faces anyone struggling.
Kathleen's experience in the health industry as a writer includes pieces on in-depth scientific research articles, as well as holistic health pieces covering topics like acupuncture, yoga, and more.
Kathleen began writing about parenting long before becoming a mother herself three years ago. As a teenager, Kathleen grew a fond interest in childhood education. That was when she pursued her CDA (childhood development associate's degree). She used her CDA to work in childcare, and utilized her knowledge from her experience there to start her writing career in this area.
Kathleen has been writing traditional articles for over ten years. She can cover topics ranging from business, to health, to sales, to parenting. Her knowledge is plentiful and her writing skills are on point, which is why she has been featured on a number of prestigious websites, and inside many print publications as well.
