Going into college, James knew he wanted to major in Business Administration, he just didn't quite know what that meant at the time, at least not completely. All he knew was that this was still a good path for those who still weren't sure what they wanted to do. He always liked English class but he suspected, as many do, that an English degree wouldn't be as versatile or potentially lucrative as a Business degree would be. So passions aside, James went for the safe bet and as he found out, most of his graduating class did the same. Though he continued to expand his literary knowledge, James eventually decided to take his talents in a different direction and head for the homestretch with a minor in Economics.
Hospitality is James' bread and butter. Whether it's a full website build, a search engine optimization, blogging or ongoing updates, he provides focused, lively copy that helps paint a picture for the guests. When you can help a client visualize the space, you can create a hotel experience tailored to your specific audience. When you effectively make a guest feel as though they are already on vacation by just reading your descriptions, you can drastically improve your conversions.
James brings plates and places to life with enticing copy that tantalizes the senses. Working with large corporate clients and small local ones alike, his copy has helped restaurants, bars, gastropubs, and taverns increase customer retention and acquisition.
This is the work James has the most experience in. He has worked with clients from all across the United States, all with varying goals and KPIs.
Writing Ad Copy is both creative and rewarding. This is the one field where James has excelled and his track record shows just that.
