He first got interested in fitness when he was just 9 years old. His mother passed away from stomach cancer and he was also overweight at the same time. He knew that there was a link between your diet and health. This inspired him to lose the weight and pursue a career in health to help people live better lives.

Many of Tim's clients are professionals and executives with hectic schedules and busy social lives and he helps them create a sustainable fitness and nutrition program so they can reach their goals.

Tim has also completed a fitness internship, obtaining his personal trainer certification through the NSCA. He also was part of the Phi U Honor's Society in the nutrition program.
