Autumn currently is in her senior year and final semester at California State University, Northridge where she majors in Creative Writing with an emphasis in poetry. Throughout her time in her university she has participated in creative writing workshops, been a chair for the university's literary review, and been a personal email copywriter for her Russian professor who is the director of an immersive Summer Russian program. Autumn plans on getting a head start on freelance writing before graduation so that she may acquire experience to present to future clients.
Autumn is an assistant to the director of the Russian sector of the STARTALK program. This is an immersive Russian program for Russian learners in the college level who have taken 2 or more semesters in Russian and would like to work on becoming fluent. In this program, Autumn has written email, brochures, flyers, applications, bios, and anything else that requires writing or restoring.
On Autumn’s blog, she writes about animal health, toys, and rights. As an animal lover and a dog mom, she enjoys spreading the animal love with posts about why pitbulls are great pets, why more people should adopt black cats, and the charm of owning reptiles. Because of her general enthusiasm for pets and animals, her writing tends to take on an energetic and passionate character.
Autumn enjoys writing about relationships and relationship advice including “How To Be A Good Partner Even If You’re The Jealous Type”, “How To Make Long Distance Work”, and “Supporting Your Clinically Depressed Partner”. She takes from her own positive and supporting relationship with her partner with whom she has been with for a number of years.
Autumn is an assistant to the director of the Russian sector of the STARTALK program. Her responsibilities include writing and sending emails to other directors and workers for the program pertaining to grants, schedules, and updates. For this, she must adopt a clear and precise business tone toward authority and also subordinates.
Autumn runs her own blog where she writes about multiple subjects, pertaining to her life and what her readers want to know her opinion of. She writes about relationships and gives advice, fashion, music, modeling, and products and brands that she trusts. She also writes about mental health and how to conquer depression and anxiety one step at a time.
