Johanna is a writer, a mother of four children (including a teenager who is taller than her) and blogger focused on improving health by using her 16 years of nursing experience. From the ER to the delivery room, she has helped thousands of patients. Now she writes to continue helping others with improving their health. She has written about medical topics such as depression, improving brain health, pediatric care, asthma, and autoimmune disease.

She loves helping women living life well. In her writing, she focuses on a positive marriage and family message about finding hope, improving communication, and intimacy.

She writes for her private blog, as well as guest posting. She has been featured on The Ascent and P.S. I Love You Publications

She is married to her sweetheart of 15 years, a homeschooling mother of 4 children (including a teenager who is taller than her). She adores cruising on the warm Caribbean sea with a cup of hot chocolate in her hand and prefers jet skiing over shopping. Every Saturday in the fall she will be wearing bright orange and cheering on her UT Volunteers and one day she dreams of having my own Thomas Kinkade gallery of puzzles.
