Jeff maintained data integrity using revision control for all documentation disallowing any outdated information to populate newer publications. He worked closely with engineers in the United States and Germany to provided up to date data for server repository. He met with customer representatives, vendors, publishers, plant and corporate executives to establish technical specifications closely monitoring data integrity, upholding company image, reducing cost and maintaining publication relevance.
Jeff was responsible for creating, writing and revising various types of end-user documentation. This included operation, service, training and reference manuals, how-to guides, cheat sheets, lubrication charts, and sales brochures all the while providing quality documentation that exceeds the customers' expectations. He created and finished documents containing text, and graphics illustrating complex mechanical assemblies, using a diversified set of software applications granting the reader a greater ability to better understand the material.
