Before she began her writing career, she worked for 21 years as a medical microbiologist in several different healthcare systems. Because of her expertise in medicine and health care, she decided to make a career change utilizing this knowledge. She has been working as a freelance writer for two years now and feels very fortunate that she is able to combine two of her passions--writing and medicine--into a career that she loves.

In addition to her experience in the medical field, she has written on a variety of topics and subjects as an academic writer ranging anywhere from economics to law to sociology plus many more subjects. She is able to create a well-researched piece on any topic and produce it within the deadline needed.
