Rachel graduated in 2015 from SUNY College at Oneonta with a degree in English and mass communication. She used her degree as the foundation of her understanding when she first took the plunge into the world of content and online marketing, and has continued to grow her knowledge since through a combination of client feedback and personal research.

For two years after graduating, Rachel worked for a global company that aggregated and created television metadata for cable TV providers. Though she got to communicate directly with companies such as ABC, NBC, FOX, CBS, CW and Food Network, she wasn't doing as much writing as she wanted. She stumbled upon freelance writing through various freelancing sites, and found that she loved the process of researching and writing content for businesses looking to increase their web traffic. Since beginning in January of 2017, Rachel has sought to grow her business through her continued self-education and creative marketing methods.

Along with online content, also writes for various small businesses, including a local travel magazine and a realtor. Though content writing is her favorite, she enjoys the personal connection of writing for local companies.
