Colin has nine years of professional writing and editing experience. He has worked writing news articles, blog posts, and marketing pages for the last four years. This has included writing short news articles (mostly on current events and politics), writing marketing pages for company websites, and ghost writing blog posts. He has also ghost written a full length book.

In his academic life, Colin worked as the lead editor of an academic journal, overseeing the entire publishing process of a peer-reviewed professional journal. He currently holds a B.A. in Philosophy and is currently finishing his Masters. He has won two different university awards for excellence in writing, one as an undergraduate and the other as a graduate student. He has also published several academic papers, runs an academic blog, and is a frequent contributor for a number of outlets related to his role as an academic.
