Flynn has written a number of articles explaining a wide range technical concepts. Some articles were top-level overviews, while others were deep-dives into the inner workings of things.
Flynn has more than 10 years of experience in domestic manufacturing and overseas sourcing. He has written a number of proposals, requests, and explanations on manufacturing, including 3D printing and subtractive manufacturing (CNC machining, mostly).
Flynn created and ran a blog called "Have You Tried Science?". He posted news and commentary about science, including current events, products, and discoveries. The goal was to share some of the latest and greatest events in science, and enumerate a few ways in which they were important to everyone.
Having operated a blog about science, Flynn is very familiar with the short-form post. Usually he was announcing news, and sometimes he provided commentary.
