Alyssa has completed two years of a B.A. program at Grinnell College in Religious Studies, Political Science, and Peace and Conflict Studies.

She also runs a Facebook page promoting minimalism and reduced waste living, and within that page facilitates discussion. She has also done separate research into the factory farming industries, and has written a few reports on her findings and literature reviews of authors who have expressed their thoughts about modern agriculture.
Blog posts written about living a vegan lifestyle. Post topics include recipes, grocery lists, budget advice, Q&A sessions, informative posts about nutrition, and posts about farm sanctuaries in the United States.
Alyssa has experience crafting webpages from Wordpress themes (from Mojo Marketplace), for different functionalities. She has experience crafting full websites and separate pages with SEO optimization and different professional designs. She also has experience with CSS and shortcode to add elements to themes that are already developed.
Alyssa has experience working with all Twitter platforms, including regular user engagement, account setup, account redesign, Twitter chats (participating and running), and Twitter groups.
She has experience working with brands and individuals to promote their content using hashtags and other relevant and current optimization techniques. She also has experience running a Twitter chat group called #BloggingCollege, where Twitter users (influencers) chat for an hour regarding a theme or strategy.
Alyssa has been running a blog for one and a half years on a self-hosted website service and Wordpress.org. The Wise Willow has posts that are SEO optimized, compliant with photo copyright regulations, and compliant with privacy policy requirements.
She has experience writing on a wide variety of subjects, and with working on optimizing SEO for both individual posts and for website pages as a whole. She also has experience with CSS coding and styling, and with using theme templates to construct custom websites using plugins and other specifications.
