Michael studied linguistics, English literature, Russian language, and Russian literature.
Michael has participated in nearly all stages of the software development life cycle. Working in a small shop has given him the opportunity to interact both with users and technical people on the same projects and deliver solutions which truly align with the users’ wishes. He communicates with the involved parties by documenting what they have agreed and ensuring that they all review the finalized documents.
Michael has long been fascinated by trading and investing and likes to follow forex trading. His interest was stoked by his son taking a degree in financial mathematics at university and going on to work as a financial analyst in Germany. It is one of those subjects that can be as simple or as complicated as the trader wishes, and it always provides plenty of material for writing. Writing has helped him clarify his understanding and improve his trading.
Michael's experience comes from preparing documents in two areas: technology and business. In technology, he has documented software functionality and how it works. In business, he has documented business and system requirements and design in information technology projects.
Michael's experience in writing articles comes from producing essays for his degree in English and Russian. This included studying the great classics of both English and Russian literature; the main deliverables for his courses were essays.
