Thanks for making your way over to Chelsea's profile - she hopes that she can help you create content!

Chelsea's passionately curious, so she has writing experience in a few different categories. If we're not counting the numerous journals/diaries she kept as a kid, Chelsea began writing and letting others read and critique her work (and taking it into account to further improve) while attending Colorado Mesa University. Her love for writing history term papers lead her into a Communications curriculum and a chance to be a part of a student-run team that revamped the University's magazine. Chelsea's first year with the magazine, she had a "Q&A" article as well as featured photos. She worked her way up to Content Manager for the spring of 2014 and continued with her section but also gained experience in editing, brainstorming content, and managing a group.
A full-time student still has to eat, so in between bites of the best burger in the land and serving customers the best burger of their life, Chelsea blogged for the restaurant as well. Food blogging has her heart and her stomach and is definitely one of her preferred style/topics to create content for.
After graduation, Chelsea found herself back in her hometown with an Assistant Marketing position for Alpine Bank. Chelsea wrote radio spots, journalistic articles for an internal newsletter, and would edit content for newspaper ads. Simultaneously, she was working for a local photography studio and wrote content for their "What to Wear" guide for their high school seniors.

Summary of Product Experience

Blog Post

Chelsea created content for a popular restaurant in Grand Junction, Colorado called Bin 707 Foodbar. The goal of the blog was to educate about the practices of Bin 707 and encourage the farm-to-table movement. She would write blog posts that featured an item on the menu and explain where and why Bin 707 partnered with a ranch, brewery, etc.

A popular photography studio needed a "What to Wear" guide for their high school senior clients to download, so they could be prepared for their photo shoot.

White Paper

Chelsea loves being able to piece together content so that the reader is a given a chance to learn something new. There is so much information in the digital age, but being able to successfully break it down to a point that makes sense to all demographics - there is a reward with a challenge like that and it's simply sharing knowledge with one another.

Radio Spot

As an Assistant Marketer for Alpine Bank, Chelsea created radio spots for the Durango Region. Some were focused on the bank, others included local non-profits or businesses.
