Simone's business acumen includes extensive years of experience ranging in the fields of education, hospitality, client/professional services, project management, marketing, operations and human resources. Simone has also conducted research on workplace diversity, management negotiations and retail challenges in the global marketplace. As an active member of the American Management Association and her passions include teaching, training, coaching and research.

Simone was also awarded Broward Women's International scholarship for academic excellence in October 2006. She holds an MBA with a concentration in Management and a Masters in Higher Education with a specialization in Leadership/Administration. Simone is currently pursing a PhD in Organizational Leadership for profit/non-profit businesses.
