Throughout his varied career, John has always held positions that demanded exceptional writing and communications skills.

As a Human Resources professional, he wrote dozens of manuals, brochures, newsletters, and other employee communications that required a close attention to continually shifting laws and regulations.

As an Analyst, Administrative Manager, and Director of Marketing for a Human Resources consulting firm, John wrote thousands of psychological evaluations, authored procedure manuals, and wrote marketing communications, including press releases, promotional articles, and advertising copy.

As a Quality Improvement executive in both trucking and academia, John worked closely with process owners to thoroughly document key processes, and developed employee communications and training to ensure understanding of policies and procedures. In addition, John developed, administered, analyzed, and reported on numerous Customer Surveys covering a wide array of issues. Some of these surveys were administered to thousands of students throughout the 23 campuses of the California State University system.
