It's easier to change from bad habits to good when you're feeling better. This is Elaine's approach to optimal health. Elaine began studying Psychology after high school. She decided to take a hands-on approach to healing that would instantly soothe away daily stress and pain while delicately suggesting behavioral changes to improve health. Emperor's College gave her the foundation for this philosophy. Now a doctor of Asian Medicine, Elaine strives to show her community the easiest ways to live healthier and happier, naturally.
Elaine completed her dissertation in June of this year emphasizing Aging and the relevance of Asian Medicine in a modern day society. Through her research, Elaine has highlighted numerous factors in American society that are negatively impacting the health of Americans. She explains that Asian medicine is really the original American medicine that was practiced by our forefathers. She further outlines the most effective treatments within holistic and Asian medicine that everyone can use daily.
Dr. Elaine H in the process of publishing her first book on how to Chinese Medicine to prevent disease that is acquired through lifestyle. She has studying Natural and Asian medicine for over 10 years and is beginning her writing career to educate the public on the benefits of Asian Medical practices.
While Elaine was with Shiseido Cosmetics, she was invited to teach a portion of the seasonal and basic classes to new and existing beauty advisors. Her knowledge of chemistry, anatomy, physiology were helpful in the way she presented the material. She was able to present the information in a simplified way using metaphors that were easy to understand. She also shared her relatable personal experiences with the products that helped the beauty advisors remember the product functions. Elaine was informative and a joy to have as a teacher.
