She made sure these advertisements drew others in by first designing their customer persona and strategically understanding what content they would be searching for that would meet their needs. In this way she would meet the client where they were instead of asking the client to meet the organization where it is.

Amanda received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Communications. Classes were largely held in the education center at Wiesbaden Army Airfield where Amanda worked and studied in the military environment. She was selected to graduate as European Student Representative.
Amanda has recently completed a Masters of Arts in Communication and Leadership. She focused largely on research having presented at the Western States Communication conference on two different papers. Working as a Graduate Assistant she has completed research, organized events and projects for the Communications department at Gonzaga. Amanda graduated Lambda Pi Eta and wrote a curriculum on Interpersonal Communication and Social Etiquette for her final project.
Amanda has worked and written for higher education in the capacity of student, marketing consultant and employee. As a student, Amanda has submitted and presented papers at the Western States Communication Association and wrote a curriculum on Interpersonal Communication and Social Etiquette practices which was accepted to teach at a predominate organization. Working for a non-profit accrediting body for engineering and technology programs, Amanda oversaw governance documents and constructed drafts of minutes for the Board of Directors and several other committee meetings. As a marketing consultant, she composed many EBooks, blog articles, landing pages and other various documents for her client in the online education space.
As a marketing automation manager for a start-up marketing agnostic company, Amanda was in charge of many projects. Amanda has intensively studied marketing techniques including inbound and outbound marketing, SCRUM method, and keywords. This also included writing and designing blog articles, whitepapers, EBooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc. that increases qualified lead traffic to various landing pages. Seeing these content pieces through assisted Amanda in gaining a broader perspective of the whole process.
After having received her Finishing Touch Program (International Etiquette) certificate at Minding Manners, Limited in London, England and certification to teach etiquette to teens and children from the International School of Protocol in Maryland, Amanda wrote several blog articles for various audiences. She has also composed a curriculum on Interpersonal Communication and social etiquette practices that looks at hospitality foundations such as hosting a dinner party, setting the table, setting up a guest room, etc.
Amanda has both written and managed the writing of many blog articles. This included blog articles written on many different subjects including education, etiquette, digital marketing, household, family, video games, crafts, etc. She has refined the qualitative research and materials synthesis process which results in a high level end product.
