Jeremy completed his Bachelors in English after five years, off and on, at WWU. He studied creative writing extensively while here as well as novels and films. He was also heavily involved in the music program, compiling a large number of courses in theory and composition.
Jeremy obtained his Masters in English Literature after a two-year intensive program. He was employed as a graduate assistant and worked in the University Writing Center giving lectures on grammar, essay composition, and creative writing. He also tutored many student writers over his two years there. For his creative thesis, he wrote a novel draft that would go on to win the university's Outstanding Graduate Student Artistic Achievement Award.
Jeremy received his MFA from the University of Idaho in 2012. He wrote a creative thesis of short stories numbering 100 pages. He also took part in a year-long course on long-form narrative, wherein he wrote a 150 page draft of a novel. In addition, he participated in creative non-fiction courses, beginning a memoir. He also read from his work at public functions on more than one occasion. Jeremy was honored to work with some of the most prolific and current creative writers in publishing today, gaining valuable experience through their tutelage.

Jeremy's trained in writing newspaper and feature articles since his undergraduate days at the student newspaper. In over a decade of writing, he's done a lot of personal interviews, research, writing and editing of feature articles between 800 and 2500 words.
Jeremy has experience as a blogger for the tech, software, real estate, automotive, and legal markets.
