Mr. Wyman has a Bachelor of Science degree in Naval Science, with a major in German, from the United States Naval Academy (Annapolis, MD). He also has a Master of Science degree in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School (Monterey, CA).
Broad areas expertise in analyzing Government data, including such areas as manpower, personnel and training (MPT), fuel flows in combat environments, analyses and prioritization of limited funding to ongoing competing Defense research projects, support of Air Force missile programs, Navy logistical operations, and Defense travel-related air, vehicle, lodging, and dining patterns and processes.
Mr. Wyman managed/co-managed 15 competitive scientific and technical proposals for corporations serving the Department of Defense, with proposals having value up to $50 million over 5 years. Subject matter ranged from environmental projects to advanced Army weapon systems, to Air Force missile systems, to nuclear weapon system characteristics, to group facilitation activities. Participated in multiple proposal contribution teams, including blue (writing teams), pink (interim review teams), and red (final review teams).
