Jessica L. is an avid runner and proponent of fitness. She has trained for and completed many races, from 5ks to marathons. She loves road running as well as trail races. Besides participating, Jessica also enjoys reading anything running or fitness-related. She draws inspiration from sharing her own stories and reading the stories of people that have overcome countless obstacles in order to obtain their fitness goals. She has worked with running coaches, personal trainers, and physical therapists in order to learn effective ways to train the body and mind.
