For the past 28 years Thor B was a reporter for the San Diego Daily Transcript, a business publication that had been in existence for 130 years until the newspaper closed on September 21. He specialized in commercial real estate and construction but have wrote about a wide range of topics from water to biotechnology to hospitality.
Since the paper closed (it also had an award winning website) he has been writing pieces for the San Diego Union Tribune and a consulting and construction management firm known as The Xpera Group. He also has a new assignment from Our City San Diego about the top office, industrial, retail and multifamily transactions of the year.
