Maggie graduated from the University of Georgia in 2013 with her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She also successfully completed a dance minor, which added to her knowledge of anatomy, musicality, and art.
Maggie currently studies at the Smith College School for Social Work. She specializes in crisis intervention, end-of-life care, and working with survivors of trauma. Her expected graduation date is August 2017.
Maggie attempts to look critically at published articles pertaining to her field. In the following sample, she examines an article that questions the role and significance of people living with disabilities.
Maggie has written several op-ed's on varying social policies. Her main interest lies in women's rights, and she continues to educate herself on past policies while following the progression of the new.
Maggie helped to maintain her dance studio's blog and monthly newsletter. She also maintains a personal blog.
