Beginning with a love of reading as a toddler, Maggie has since fostered her passion for literature through intensive reading, writing, and higher education. She has written numerous research papers for her psychology and social work studies, mostly pertaining to psychodynamic theory and social welfare policies. She also has served as secretary to several college organizations. Her duties included constructing and distributing mass emails, creating event pages on social media, and maintaining meeting minutes. Maggie has gained experience with advertising through her work at a local restaurant and her childhood dance studio. At the restaurant, she conceptualized and then advertised special events to boost revenue and publicity. She wrote and edited a guide book for parents and students at the dance studio, while also assisting in creating programs for the end-of-year recitals. Most of her work has been either academic or volunteered, and this position is her first endeavor in freelance writing.
