Jeff has provided a wide range of services for government from the local to the international level. He has written many Requests for Proposal, Statements of Work, project plans, speeches for senior executives, courses, lesson plans, and multimedia presentations.
Jeff's work has involved collaborating with government employees at every level. He has helped develop new managers and has negotiated with ministerial level government executives.
In 2008, Jeff was retained by a city on California's central coast to help the mayor and city council develop a new vision, mission, and set of value drivers to help guide the city into the future. He facilitated a process that lasted more than a year and led to similar work with the city's police department, which retained him to help ensure their work aligned seamlessly with the new course and heading adopted by the city council.
Over the course of ten years, Jeff was consistently rated as one of the top training presenters for government agencies in California.
Jeff's work has been featured on television, radio, in print and online. His latest writing project was an article for a national (print) journal that is distributed to police departments and school districts throughout the country.
