Matt specializes in writing white papers, eBooks, essays, and other projects in the health and fitness industry. Before Matt became a professional architectural engineer, he worked his way through college as a NASM-certified personal trainer. Even as he pursued his second degree in Information Technology, Matt remained an avid fitness enthusiast. While he still provides certified personal training part-time, Matt regularly "hits the gym" at least five times per week.

From diet supplements to workout routines, Matt enjoys reading about the latest trends and fads while also offering his unique insight into new scientific research and its possible benefits or side effects on long-term health. His secret hobby is researching home remedies found in everyday foods and spices that can be used for curing very common ailments.
