Paul has experience writing marketing copy in the ITSM industry. He is able to offer a fresh and creative take by integrating culture, current events, and technology trends, or engaging a specific ongoing industry conversation. He has experience in technical writing, creating case studies, how-to advertisements and manuals. He has been published on Cherwell Software's website, and HDI's SupportWorld magazine (September/October edition.)
Paul's interest in technology is conversely paired with literature, literary criticism, art and creative writing. His intellectual and creative interests take the form of essays, short stories, novels and screenplays. He has been published in Vox Populi, The Idiom and Everyday Poets. As well as writing poetry and short stories, Paul has editing experience. As the literary editor of Gordon College's literary magazine, he selected pieces, made conceptual choices, such as format and design, and proofread and provided creative suggestions. As Dr. Paul Borgman's teaching assistant, Paul proofread his upcoming book.
