Alexandra is a native German speaker from Austria. She started learning English when she was four years old, so she grew up virtually bilingual. Besides studying law, she has experience in professional translation (English-German) for about six years.
As a freelancer, Alexandra translates content on various topics, including guides, websites, financial and legal material, software, etc. She is working as a translator, proofreader and language coordinator for agencies and private customers.
Rapid and accurate processing is important of course, as well as excellent German spelling and grammar skills. Since she is just about to finish her law studies (major field: business law), Alexandra is especially very familiar with the specific language and technical terms of legal and business material.

During 2014, Alexandra translated weekly financial newsletters for a trading company. They included the past courses and future perspectives of of stocks, indices, currency pairs and commodities, containing of about 1,500 words each.
