Daniel is a translator with very extensive experience, both in-house and as a freelancer. He is qualified member of the Institute of Translation and Interpreting in the UK and ASETRAD in Spain. Daniel obtained a First-Class B.A. (Hons) in English at the University of Oviedo and the University of Leeds, before achieving an M.A. with Distinction in Tourism and a Diploma in Translation by the Chartered Institute of Linguists in the UK.

Daniel spent 6 years at the Export Department of a major British manufacturer of mobility products, where he produced a wide range of translations for the company. Later on he also worked in-house for one of the world's leading OTAs and for different departments within the TUI Group, one of the biggest Travel and Tourism groups in the world.

As a freelance linguist, Daniel offers a wide range of tailor-made language solutions for businesses and has extensive experience in successfully delivering demanding translation and transcreation projects to both SMEs and big multinationals. One of his main priorities is offering accurate translations that feel natural and engaging in the target language.
