Nona enjoys spending time with her seven-year-old daughter. Together they paint their world and fill it with joy no matter the odds. She has created a blog as a tribute to her daughter, allowing her to pour out her heart and share her experience with other single mothers.
She leads a women's group that focuses on developing individuals into those walking in their divine purpose.
The number of projects are too numerous to track. Every project that Nona has had the great pleasure of supporting is a foundational business project. One of her favorite projects includes creating a podcast for the Better Business Bureaus. A forum where business is the topic and discussion at hand. She gives workshops and writes on the subject matter for a number of publications.
Nona has a long career with non-profit organizations. She has worked with trade associations, policy and advocacy associations, charity and causes associations. The mission becomes the core for her and the intersection of why the organization's audience finds the mission significant is what she uses as fuel to create impactful content for her clients.
Worked with several fashion brands (Phillips Van Heusen, Calvin Klien, Carmen Marc Valvo, Jones Apparel Group) on projects to include events planning such as trade shows, fashion week, and photo shoots, website content, press and media kits.
Nona has been and is the Editor-in-Chief for a number of non-profit clients. Each publication she has created, managed and implemented its exist and strategy. One of her greatest joys is assisting organizations with becoming a publisher. She is currently working with a non-profit now on creating a new magazine for their members.
Nona has created presentations for board members, C-suite leadership, workshops, conferences, and webinars.
Conduct interview and research to provide fact-based articles as well as articles that has a story tone to help increase engagement and memorability.
Nona has created email strategies and schedules for clients to ensure that there are not too many emails being deployed to the same recipients. She seeks to avoid email fatigue. Nona looks to have high deliverability, open, and click-thru rates with the goal of achieving the call to action within email messages.
Nona is a customer advocate. She researches the mindset and perspective of the reader in order to create brochures that are relevant and relatable. Every marketing collateral she creates is a cross of the organization's goals & objectives being achieved along with that of the readers'.

Nona has developed ad campaigns along with the content to support the goal and call to action for each ad.
