Kate has worked in the content strategy since obtaining a Master's in 2013. Working for a diverse group of SEO and niche agencies before moving to freelance she has worked on strategy projects for clients from start-up to large-level corporate before settling into her passion to promote small business and nonprofit in all areas of digital success.
When not writing, Kate will still be sampling new and emerging food brands in her daily cooking for friends and family. Recently on her second fixer-upper home, Kate combines retail merchandising experience with her own DIY programs.
In the evenings, catch her binge-reading cozy mysteries on Kindle Unlimited or streaming the latest sci-fi fantasy online.
Kate is widely published at both national and local levels on the food and beverage industry in addition to being a 10-year food service worker herself.
Kate is a published author on topics of ecoparenting and special needs children, specifically ADHD. A personal passion, each article in this category helps bring awareness to positive parenting practices and struggles.
Kate has previously worked for an SEO agency on their keywords and article for a green living blog, been published in large features for print and digital ecoliving publications, and has also supported sustainable living blog posts and articles across many topics.
Kate has helped clients create email copy for newsletter and donor appeals, most recently for a number of nonprofits. Additional experience includes extensive cold email outreach.
