  • Assign initial Star Rating for talent
  • Recruit PRO talent with higher skills
  • Match customers up with talent
  • Support talent Help Desk tickets
  • Post fresh insights and updates to talent
  • Terminate talent that do not meet your high standards
  • Learn customer skill needs and project goals
  • Promote talent skill and expertise to customers
  • Improve the platform and matchmaking process

What We Want

  • At least one year of remote employment experience
  • Super strong writing, editing and communication skills
  • 1 to 5 years of experience working with creative freelancers
  • Knowledge and expertise with content marketing
  • SaaS or PaaS work experience a big plus
  • Self-directed, self-motivated and proactive
  • Organization and time management skills
  • KPI adherence that drives performance
  • Productive employee that loves work, travel, and no commute
