Your role as an Account Manager is to support Premium Service customers that look to WriterAccess for content creation services in our cloud-based platform. This is an amazing opportunity to work with hundreds of content marketing decision makers, blueprinting their wants and needs using Socratic techniques, designing custom workflow solutions in the platform, and pinpointing the best writers to achieve their content marketing goals.
