The Job In a Nutshell

Your role as an Account Executive is to help customers and inbound leads learn how the WriterAccess platform and pool of talent can best be setup as the ultimate content creation resource. This is an amazing opportunity to work with hundreds of content marketing decision makers, blueprinting their wants and needs using Socratic techniques, and showcasing how WriterAccess can be customized to achieve content creation and performance goals. You’ll need to be as passionate about our platform and content marketing as you are about helping customers grow their business organically—the content marketing way!

What You'll Be Doing

  • Onboarding new customers and inbound leads
  • Showcasing the WriterAccess platform, products and services
  • Blueprinting to learn and document goals and requirements
  • Upselling customers on more advance software and solutions
  • Surprising customers and prospects in creative ways throughout their journey

What We Want

  • 1 to 5 years of experience sales roles
  • Knowledge and interest with content marketing
  • SaaS or PaaS work experience a big plus
  • Strong writing skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-directed, self-motivated and proactive
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Performance driven backed by great references
