Once you’ve gotten a feel for the current flow and dialogue that’s taking place about fitness, try and tune in to where you can fill a need or niche that’s currently not being filled. What unique take on health and fitness can you contribute to the conversation? Most people seek out Fitness blogs in order to find inspiration for their own workouts and fitness goals. Be sure that what you write contributes to people getting that boost of inspiration whenever they need it.

3. Create: Brainstorm Your Blog
