She trains institutional clients on how to use Direct effectively by helping them incorporate the platform into their workflow. Leading up to this role, she wore multiple hats supporting a variety of other Morningstar products in a customer service position. Esther also spent a year working for the individual investor side as an assistant editor for morningstar.com. Her primary responsibilities included producing content and managing the personal finance content on the website. In all of her roles, Esther has had to become comfortable with "learning on the go" in order to become a quick expert on a variety of previously unfamiliar topics.

She is an active member of her church and would jump at an opportunity to write about her faith. Music has also been a large part of her life since young.
