Jamison uses the knowledge he writes about as a fitness professional. Specializing in personal training, group fitness and sports nutrition, he is certified by both A.C.E and I.S.S.A. My experience, mainly pertains to one-on-one training plans (both in person and online), teaching bootcamp classes and offering nutritional counseling. Further more, Jamison just released my first book on fitness titled The Optimal Balance Plan.
