Christine is an integrative health care specialist, medical journalist, food writer and developer of socially conscious business endeavors. Her private practice focusing on integrative medicine includes her specialty in neuro-psych, endocrinology and immunology. This niche area of practice has shaped both her career as a consultant and as a journalist. One of Christine's latest endeavors, Garden Eats, her organic kitchen gardening business inspires her work in organic food and gardening, environmental advocacy and is yet another opportunity to create tangible tools for modern living. Much of her current writing highlights this realm and her work as a socially conscious business developer.
Christine's multi-faceted experiences have popularized her in the medical, business, food, garden, environmental and positive psychology sectors as a journalist and consultant. She enjoys working with clients to create socially dynamic experiences for both their businesses and clients alike. With journalism and writing at the heart of what she offers, clients enjoy a myriad of creative influences to assist in continually evolving their goals in business.
Christine specializes in exposition. She authors several "Ask the Expert" type columns and has written authoritative articles being an expert in her field. She also enjoys creating anecdotal narratives, conducting and participating in interviews, evaluation and reporting related to news.
Christine's career is an extension of her personality- she says, "I'm lucky like that!" A natural social anthropologist, she gets out in the world discovering what drives communities. At home (she lives between NY and CA), Christine is cultivating medicinal culinary kitchen gardens, crafting food therapy recipes and working on her many writing endeavors! Living by the ocean in So-Cal she has the opportunity to get out in the community to interact in hiking groups, visit the sea-side meditation gardens for yoga and work up the courage to become a better surfer! Christine recently published her first book as a food journalist, "The Best Craft Cocktails And Bartending With Flair" with Page Street Publishing. She featured her background in molecular herbology to create one of a kind beverage recipes that highlight medicinal foods, herbs and organic ingredients. One of her current "big" projects is a medicinal culinary therapy cook book she is authoring with colleague and health chef, Magnus Mumby of the UK.
