Trained in computer information systems and with a long career as a technical business analyst, Julie has seen it all in system development and implementation. She has lead project teams and supported many business areas, including finance, claims and human resources.
Julie has developed training manuals for end users and conducted train-the-trainer sessions. She enjoys one-on-one training but does not mind developing training materials for large audiences.
