Norman has regularly demonstrated his ability to quickly grasp the technical and teaming issues involved, and to write compelling and effective content. Major organizations benefitting from Norman's skill have included Halliburton, Turner Construction, Lockheed, KPMG, CBRE, Deloitte, Studley, DTZ, and Cushman & Wakefield.

Recently, Norman has written over 140 proposals for rand* construction corporation, and has provided speech-writing services to corporate CEO and Fortune 500 Board members.

Norman received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Western Reserve University, with post-graduate studies in the Master of Business Administration - Real Estate program of The American University.

He is a LEED Accredited Professional in Interior Design and Construction (ID+C), and is certified at the Practitioner Level by the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP). He has been a featured speaker at the Urban Land Institute, the DC Building Industry Association, the International Council of Shopping Centers Annual Convention, and was a member of the DC Mayor's Interactive Downtown Task Force and the DC Transit-Oriented Development Task Force.
