Jenny A. is a high school English teacher with six years of experience. Before that, she worked for a women's business magazine. During her time there, her articles were published to both the print and online versions of the magazine. Jenny conducted remote and off-site interviews as part of her editorial duties. She also created the ladder for each issue, working directly with advertisers and freelancers in order to plan layouts.

Jenny maintains a blog and a number of online review channels. She primarily reads and reviews teen and young adult literature, including fiction, non-fiction and poetry. In order to stay on top of current trends, Jenny is a member of NCTE (National Council of Teachers of English) and consults professional journals and websites such as YALSA, VOYA, and Hornbook.
