Heather has been a volunteer contributor for SUMO Mozilla and MDN since November 2014. She has written, reviewed and edited end user support documentation on SUMO Mozilla for Firefox and continues to do so. Heather has also been an active contributor for the MDN glossary and helped get it to its current state. She also frequently reviews and edits documentation for developers.

Heather has a vast interest in all types of technology, computers (PC and Mac), electronics and video games. She has built her own desktop computer and knows the fundamentals of Linux. She enjoys learning, discovering and expanding her technical knowledge and skills. She looks forward to a career in the Information Technology field as a Technical Writer.
