Spanish (South America) to English (US)

Josh has been freelance translating for several months from Spanish to English. The bulk of the documents he has translated has been South American in nature, such as birth certificates and other certifications. Although he has done a majority of these, he takes more pride in translating general texts, correspondence, and most things that help each other understand one another.

Spanish (EU) to English (US)

Josh has been freelance translating for the past six months with many different websites. Most of the documents he has translated have been from Spanish to English. Of these, some have been EU Spanish, such as reports on energy usage and renewable energy systems.

Being a native English speaker, Josh takes pride in helping translate software UIs and correspondence as well as general and literature texts.

Summary of Industry Experience

Science

Josh has translated on several science topics ranging from GMO's, solar energy, geothermal energy, sustainability, and plant ecology. Of all areas, this is one of his favorite, as scientific discovery drives progress.

Education

Josh has translated a few documents relating to education, consisting of transcripts and diplomas for Spanish-speaking clients. In addition to this, he has translated a few documents for Spanish-speaking colleagues in regards to the general area of education and learning theory.

Gaming

Josh has translated very few articles related to gaming, but spends most of his free time doing this as a hobby, so has a very extensive background in this area. He enjoys reading Spanish articles related to games that are being developed in the Spanish-speaking world.
