Who can I contact for support?

The WriterAccess Customer Success team is here to support you. Please use our Help Desk for a response within 24 hours. You can Live Chat with us Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time. And, if you are a Plus or Enterprise customer, you can also Call your dedicated account manager using their direct line or (617) 227-8800.

To open a Support Ticket:

  1. Click Help Desk in the top right corner.
  2. Summarize your issue or question in the Subject.
  3. Write an in-depth description of your issue or question in the Message.
  4. Click Create Ticket.
  5. You can see your responses in the table Previous Support Tickets.
